North Ostrobothnia, Finland: Nordique Resources outlined its exploration plans for the Isoneva gold project in central Finland. Following the signing of a definitive agreement with Gemdale Gold to acquire 100% of the project, the company is currently designing its maiden exploration program. Plans include a 500-hole, bottom of till drilling program over to date untested portions of the property followed by diamond drilling in early winter 2026.

Telemark/Vestfold, Norway: Teako Minerals announced the sale of nine REE exploration rights in Vestfold and Telemark counties to Fritzøe Skoger AS. The projects are located near the Fen deposit in Vestfold and Telemark counties. As part of the agreement, Teako also becomes the buyer's preferred provider of exploration services on selected properties for 36 months.
Interestingly, the buyer has “no short-term plans related to the acquired exploration rights”.

Svalbard, Norway: Store Norske officially had its last day of mining operations on June 30th, marking the end of the company's more than 100-year-long coal mining activities in Svalbard/Spitsbergen.

Ostrobotnia, Finland: Prospech Limited provided an update on metallurgical test work at its Korsnäs REE project. Recently, the company successfully collected a 500kg bulk sample from the historic Lanthanide Concentrate Stockpile. The bulk sample material will be used for metallurgical test work, both in Finland and Australia.

On a further note, Lappland Guldprospektering advised that the land allocation decision by the land and environmental court has been appealed by the Vapstens reindeer herding district, Bluelake Mineral provided an update on the status of its Joma project following a recent decision on the final adoption of the Joma mine zoning plan, Greenland Resources announced the appointment of Dr. Jørgen Huno Rasmussen as senior advisor, GreenRoc Strategic Materials provided an update on summer field work plans for its Amitsoq graphite project in, Blue Moon Metals announced the appointment of Stephen Eddy as Senior Vice-President, corporate development and Lovisagruvan announced the appointment of Margurite Andersson as Chief Executive Officer and started negotiations on additional ore deliveries.
